DMCCFI renews ties with CUHK

The Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation Inc. (DMCCFI) sends anew top school officials and faculty to the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and recently renewed ties with the aforesaid leading educational institution in Hong Kong.

The AVP for Academic Affairs of DMCCFI Atty. Albert “Flint” T. Concha Jr. who led the group to Hong Kong said the trip is an annual activity of the school in its bid to intensify excellence especially in its academic suits.

INTER-OFFICE BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT HELD AT DMC

The 1st Season of the 3rd Conference of the Inter-Office Basketball Tournament of 2006 commenced on September 2, 2006 at Galas, Dipolog City, after which subsequent games of the tournament are played at DMC College Foundation Covered Court.

Participated by twelve offices and institutions of Dipolog City, the Inter-office Basketball Tournament is a friendly competition between athletic professionals and office workers, aimed at promoting sportsmanship and goodwill among them and creating a healthy recreational activity for the working men of Dipolog. ADVOCATES OF PEACE AND DECIPLINE

new set-up of personnel now mans the Disciplinary Office. This move is taken by the school administration in order to upgrade and maximize services rendered for the students in as far as discipline, safety and security is concerned.

The office is under the supervision of the AVP for engineering and maintenance, in the person of Engineer Richard “Mao” T. Concha; the appointed director is Mr. Ivani C. Cabasag, while Mr. Dominique M. Acopiado is the deputy for student discipline. Mr. Jeffrey Laput is the new deputy for security and safety. Read more…

DMC SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL ENTERS INTO A CONSULTANCY ENGAGEMENT WITH LA SALLE

 

In a significant step, Atty. Albert T. Concha, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs of Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation inked the Consultancy Agreement between the Lasallian Schools Supervision Office (LASSO) and DMC Science High School on May 10, 2005 at the College’s Administration Building. This agreement effectively places the DMCSHS under the Consultancy Status for a period of one year; it also empowers LASSO to recommend effective and advanced management of the High School, inspect its facilities, and monitor implementation of their recommendations, until such time as the school is ready for the subsequent Supervisory Level.
