Who Is Your Best Friend?

Clayndsey Lohan

Dedicated to the MAXIs and Bezt Chang

Everybody needs friends, we all have friends
Some friends are closer to us than our families
If we happen to fall, there are friends to pick us up
What will our life be without friends?

There are many categories of friendship
There are casual friends, bad friends and good friends
The question here is – who is your best friend?

Friends who can turn your tears into laughter

Please Hear What I’m Not Saying

Don’t be fooled by me
Don’t be fooled by the face I wear
For I wear a mask

wear a thousand masks,
masks that I’m afraid to take off

and none of them are me.

I’m afraid you’ll think less of me,

and you will laugh
and your laughter would kill me.
I’m afraid that deep down I’m nothing,
that I’m just no good
and you will see this and reject me.

With You

by: Meggy

I’ve been through heartaches, I’ve been through pain

I’ve hoped for a faithful love, but it just left me in vain

I thought he was the one for me,

But destiny proved me wrong

And now here you come, now it’s you that I long…

Without You

By: Rosewil Marife Guantero

I could feel the coldness of night

Without you in my sight

I could feel the hotness of day

Without you ALONG my way

I could feel the emptiness inside

Without you by my side

I could feel the pain within

Without you here with me again

Heavens Meet the Earth

Submitted by William

As i sit alone in the empty tower along the beach,
to listen to earth’s liquid blue roll underneath me.

With the closet star settling down for the evening,
meeting the imaginary line known as the horizon.

DEPARTURES

(Vern Sal Sevilla)

Departures have always caused me a great deal of regret. When I was younger, I almost broke my room window and ripped my shirt off when my parents arranged to leave me in the house and went to school for work. It was always the same scene almost everyday for one straight week.

20 Things a Girl Should Know in a Relationship

  1. If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away. If he doesn’t want you, nothing can make him stay.

  2. If you have ANY doubt in your mind about a man’s character, leave him alone. Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache.

  3. Stop trying to change yourself for a relationship that’s not meant to be.

  4. If a relationship ends because the man was not treating you as you deserve then heck no, you can’t “be friends.” A friend wouldn’t mistreat a friend.

  5. Have faith in God regarding your relationship, but don’t let faith make you stupid. God does things decent and in order. Read more…

A Beautiful Mind

“Growing older is mandatory, growing up is optional. »

This is a just a very striking quote I’ve read as I was trying peruse on my emails a few weeks back.

Part of my routine is to check on my mails regularly if not everyday. I have a very active account ever since my friends here and abroad are also into what you call the “net fever”. I couldn’t care less about these forwarded messages in my account. Most, if not all, have really touched my heart not because of the drama that they have, but because those messages have deeper meaning than regular messages, and very inspiring words at that. I couldn’t help but share the beautiful messages that these stories have. You may care to reflect on these!

THE ART OF LETTING GO . . .

We often fool ourselves and say that it is love. And when it’s gone, we end up being lonely. So how are we to know that it just wasn’t so, and we just have to let each other go? Why do we have to part when the love is still there? Why do we have to suffer? Why do we have to cry when someone bids us goodbye? Why do beginnings have to end? Why do we have to meet that person only lose them in the end? There are the questions that are left unanswered, words left unsaid, letters left unread, poems left undone, songs left unsung, love left unexpressed, and promises that are broken. Read more…
