DMC Players Edges in Pangasinan

Seven delegates from Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation, Inc. (DMCCFI) joined and bagged awards in the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) National Games last February 5 – 11, 2006 at Lingayen – Dagupan City, Pangasinan.  

The theme of the said event, “Teamwork and Hardwork Will Always Work” emphasizes the true spirit of a good athlete that makes him victorious and worth proud of.

Maila Gerodias (BSCrim – IV), Annie Lyn Mae Fernandez (BSN II) and Teresita Bridget Kuan (BSN III) with coach Mr. Nick Martinez made it to the bronze medal award in Lawn Tennis (Women) for defeating Region V and XI in bracket.

Subdued by Region VII in the quarterfinals, they even more aimed to do better to go for greater heights in the field of sports.

Indeed, hardwork, sweat, determination, endurance, enthusiasm, patience, self-confidence, sportsmanship and prayer as well as unity and presence of mind is what makes one a champion.
