Bent on giving its School of Hotel, Institution and Restaurant Management (SHRIM) students a thorough experience and learning through exposure to different knowledge-inducing field trips, the DMC College Foundation recently sent students to attend two events, one in Cagayan de Oro City and the other in Ozamiz City, respectively.

In Ozamiz City, the School of Hospitality Management of La Salle University held the 4th Culinary Congress last September 25 to 26 at the La Salle University Arts Center.

Eight DMC students were able to attend the two-day culinary congress. They are Liza Faye Belocuro, Charde Mae Cabil, Rowena Dalogdog, Marian Grace dela Cruz, Kemberly Enguito, Sheena Enguito, Lyndon Recera and Hannah Florence Nasala.
